COVID Spring Boosters
The 2024 Spring Booster campaign is due to begin in April. As a PCN we have been commissioned by Hants and IOW ICB to support them in delivering a Roving Hub Service which will be going out to the local towns and villages, offering eligible patients their boosters. You can still book direct with your surgery, who will be in touch shortly

Pharmacy First
The Pharmacy First service builds on the NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service which has run since October 2019. The consultation service enables patients to be referred into community pharmacy for a minor illness or an urgent repeat medicine supply.
The new Pharmacy First service, launched 31 January 2024, adds to the existing consultation service and enables community pharmacies to complete episodes of care for 7 common conditions following defined clinical pathways.
Social Prescribing Team Events
The brand new Social Prescribing events calendar has been launched for 2024. With so much happening this year to support your mental health and bring information and advice to our patients.
